1. General Descriptions

Bottles will be transferred to rinsing machine by bottle feed-in star-wheel, bottles will be caught by clamp to turn over for water rinsing. It will be turned over again and conveys bottle to filling station after drying, and bottles will be lifted by cylinder to open the filling valves and seal the connection to begin filling. When liquid level reaches the determined level, stop filling and drop the bottles. Adjust liquid level by extracting foam, then it will be transferred to capping station for capping which is driven by cam. Finished bottles will be transferred by star-wheel to conveying chain after capping for following process.

2.Main Features

1)     JXGF1O0-100-20 Rinsing-Filling-Capping Monoblock, applicable for PET filling and capping for vinegar and soy sauce.

2)     It adopts spray nozzle, rinsing water is sprayed in certain angle for washing bottle entirely and saving rinsing water.

3)     Machine adopts structure design features corrosion resistance, long life and free from lubrication to save operation cost.

4)     Machine parts which in contact with products adopt excellent 316L stainless steel to avoid dead corner for easy cleaning and corrosion resistant.

5)     Negative pressure  filling to meet process requirement; CIP circulated cleaning is possible.
